‍NewOak is pleased to announce that Vincenzo D’Emma has joined the firm as a non-executive Senior Advisor. Having spent his entire career working between Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, he brings a unique blend of Swiss private banking discipline and deep Middle Eastern insight — a combination that reflects NewOak’s identity as a Swiss multi-family office serving international families across both regions.

A Career Across Leading Private Banks

With more than twenty years of experience, Vincenzo built his career at Julius Baer, UBS, and Credit Suisse, where he developed strong expertise in client relationship management with HNWI and UHNWI clients. Beyond relationship management, he has extensive experience with asset management and supporting clients through complex cross‑jurisdiction situations — essential skills for international families who live, invest and relocate across borders.

Deep Knowledge of the Middle East

After over 10 years in the UAE and the wider Middle East, Vincenzo has developed a nuanced understanding of regional expectations, cultural dynamics and the long-term needs of families and business owners. Vincenzo – who recently joined NewReef, a multi-family office established in 2025 in Abu Dhabi and NewOak’s strategic partner in the region - will draw on his experience in his advisory capacity to NewOak supporting the firm as it continues to serve families across Switzerland and the Middle East.
